She is always smiling and positive as she greets everyone who passes by her or visits the company. She did an incredible job planning, organizing and hosting the recent Safety BBQ celebration in Brooklyn Park. It went off so well and was very well done. She is a true asset to the company and is also very results-driven as well! Her manager says, “Mindy is awesome! She jumps right in and helps out when needed. If I happen to be at the Front Desk, customers/vendors will ask me “Where’s Mindy?.”
About the Team Player of the Month Program
The Team Player of the Month program at Velosity recognizes employees who go above and beyond! Employees vote each month when they see a co-worker demonstrating one of our core values, which include: Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Results-Driven, Customer Satisfaction, Collaboration, and Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG). All monthly nominees are entered into a drawing, and the winner is selected. The winner receives a gift card of their choice, while everyone nominated receives recognition at our monthly meetings. In 2023, we had over 278 employees nominated!
