Jennifer was nominated three times this May for demonstrating the core value of Collaboration! Jennifer has been a very collaborative partner to work with in the recruitment process for our new Accounting Associate position. She helped conduct peer interviews and took excellent notes on all the candidates. She also provided valuable insights on a potential candidate she had previously worked with.
Her manager says, “Jennifer is the go-to AP person. She’s an integral part of all locations, ensuring vendors are paid accurately, working in multiple systems, and fielding questions both internally and externally. We truly value Jennifer’s expertise and attention to detail, all while smiling.”
About the Team Player of the Month Program
The Team Player of the Month program at Velosity recognizes employees who go above and beyond! Employees vote each month when they see a co-worker demonstrating one of our core values, which include: Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Results-Driven, Customer Satisfaction, Collaboration, and Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG). All monthly nominees are entered into a drawing, and the winner is selected. The winner receives a gift card of their choice, while everyone nominated receives recognition at our monthly meetings.
